Sometimes life just gets…difficult. These past couple of weeks have been trying for sure. One of the ways I cope with stressful days is by taking a night off from cooking. I spend time with family and let someone else worry about cutting, dicing and baking or sautéing.
Last weekend my hubby took me out for Chinese. Yay for Mongolian Grill! If you’ve never tried a Mongolian Grill because you’re shy or impatient, you MUST try it! Muster up some courage, throw some veggies (and meat if desired) and noodles (gotta have the noodles) on a plate and ask that generous cook to fry you up some Mongolian with garlic sauce and a little spice. You won’t regret it!
After finishing our meals, as always, the waitress served our fortune cookies. My fortune was quite telling:
